Champion Motors International is proud to Present this Beautiful Rare Brougham Convertable. Equiped with the rare 7X 308 CI Racing Engine. This is not your traditional Twin-H Engine. This Engine is producing over 210 horse power using a high compression head, special camshaft, and other severe usage parts designed for racing. The rational Twin H was only 170 horse power and was not reinforced. This Hudson has upgrades: Rear glass window, Am original radio (was modified to work) Hidden speakers, Disc brakes (FRONT), Power steering. Air conditioning. The millage is 4,410 since complete restoration odometer was reset, Engine and Transmission fully rebuilt, Hydraulic windows and top systems rebuilt .Complete frame off restoration, new top new interior .This particular Hudson Hornet was the Second to Last off the assembly line it has the rare REAL 7X Engine .Restoration was professionally restored (completely) in 1998-1999. The paint is the original color blue. The top was replaced with one that is slightly darker than the original. Rear tonneau cover included the tires are true white walls. All chrome and moldings are original, an oil pressure gauge, another coolant temperature gauge and a battery amperage gauge were added. Original Owners Manual included as well as service books  This Hudson can sit for months and always start right up. Truly a pleasure to drive as well as own. A great investment due to its rarity especially the 7X Option which is extremely  rare on the convertible model. Engine and Transmission are original. The Engine was ordered in 1954 and upgraded to the 7X 308CI Racing Engine. The transmission in this vehicle is an uncommon 4 speed however it is the original. The Column shift has and reads N 4-DR, LO, R. This is not your typical Hudson research shows the rarity of this vehicle
