It has received a complete rotisserie, body-off restoration. This Crosley has been a multiple award winner receiving Best Crosley at the West Coast Region Crosley Club Show and First Place at the Southwest Unique Little Car Show. It is truly a stunning Crosley.
Under the hood is show quality with a correct 4 cylinder engine equipped with period correct Braje speed equipment. The car comes with a complete photo documentation of the restoration. All accessories work, including the wipers, original radio and more.
The Crosley was first introduced in 1939 by Industrialist, Powel Crosley, Jr., the owner of Crosley Broadcasting Corporation and the Cincinnati Reds. Crosley started out with one model in 1939 and by the early 50s, there were many different models including a sedan, roadster, coupe and station wagon. Since the Crosley was able to get 50 mpg, they were especially popular during World War II because of gasoline rationing. After producing 24,871 cars, Crosley ceased production in July, 1952.
