With its beautiful classic lines, improved 331 cid engine, technical innovation and loads of luxury features, it's no wonder the 1949 Cadillac was named Motor Trend's first ever Car of the Year. Although the Cadillac had stiff competition from Lincoln, Oldsmobile and Buick, it had enough credibility to clinch the top spot.
The 1949 Cadillac Series Sixty-Two Coupe DeVille Hardtop is a very rare and highly desirable automobile. With only 2,150 produced, many Cadillac enthusiasts and collectors believe this rare, stunning car is a must have. This particular car, located at Champion Motors International, is truly a difficult find. The exterior is finished in black while the interior is lavishly upholstered in red leather and vinyl. Options include power windows, power seats and an automatic transmission. The odometer currently shows 7,568 miles, however a mere 66,865 were put on the car prior to restoration. The condition is excellent overall and probably one of the nicest 1949 Coupe DeVille Hardtops currently on the market.
